Yes absolutely, we can talk about the down-payment amount, sometimes we offer to stretch
the down-payment on up to 3 moths. Contact us about the concrete conditions
Q: Do I get a refund if i cancel the contract?
A: If you cancel within the first 30 days we will do refund, banking apply.
If you cancel later then 30 days there is no refund possible, but of course you don’t have to
pay any cancelling fees or dept you just walk away.
Q: Are you guys realtors ?
A: No we are buyer and seller no middle man in the transaction (besides escrow if we do a escrow close)
Q Why are your properties so cheap, is this scam?
A: No absolutely not we just do wholesale which means we buy properties super cheap, and pass
a part of the discount to our buyers. Usually they sell it for retail prices! Our goal is to make a quick profit
and move on, we leave enough meat on the bone so somebody else can make a good profit when selling Retail.
